Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the UK (including Northern Ireland), as well as to the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

If you’d like to order from a country not listed above, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll confirm if shipping is possible and provide an accurate cost estimate.

European Union Orders

At this time, we’re unable to ship to EU countries. Brexit has introduced complex customs and VAT requirements that make EU shipping challenging for small independent businesses. We’re working on finding a practical and affordable solution and hope to resume EU orders in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Processing Times

For handmade items, please allow up to 5 working days for creation before dispatch.

If your chosen item is already made or is not handmade, we aim to ship within 3 working days of receiving your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Services

We use a combination of Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx depending on your location and order size. This allows us to choose the most reliable and cost-effective option for safe delivery.
